Welcome to the first edition of the Bloatarian Mass Email Alert System (BMEAS). This email comes to you direct from the bloatarian.org website. Friday April 20th (that's tomorrow 4/20)
- The monthly meeting will be held at Mecklenburg Gardens at 7:30pm. It will be a night of hoppy beers, so bring your pale ales, IPA's, APA's, and anything else that's tilted ever so slightly to the hoppy side. It will be a show-and-taste of sorts where you can find answers to your problems and praise for your accomplishments.

Dogfish Head Beer Event at the Dilly Deli 5-9pm.
The Dilly Deli 2007 Beer Event Series kicks off next Thursday with theirfeatured guest brewery Dogfish Head, famously of Delaware. The bad news: the scheduled feature guest voluntarily left the employ of Dogfish. It's the beer that's important, dammit, and the event goes on. So back to good news, in his place they will have a very special guest,
Randall the Enamel Animal

Saturday May 5th
- National Homebrew Day - Each year on the first Saturday in May, homebrewers unite non-brewing and brewing friends and family to celebrate National Homebrew Day, joining with thousands of homebrewers from around the world in brewing the same recipes and sharing a simultaneous toast at noon Central Time.
