Please Help! We need your commercial beer donations for the annual German Day raffle.

The 112th German Day is going to be held at the Hofbrauhaus in Newport on Sunday June 3rd from 11 am to 11pm. German Day is sponsored by the German-American Citizens League of Greater Cincinnati.

The Bloatarian Brewing League is a member club of the German-American Citizens League of Greater Cincinnati. The German Day Festival is the major annual fundraiser of the club. In previous years the Bloatarians have risen to the occasion and provided huge baskets of beer for the German Day raffle.

This year we are woefully off target. At last count we have about 12 commercial beers but we typically have 60+ beers to fill three or four large baskets. WE NEED YOUR HELP! Please drop off a few commercial bottled beers (no homebrew please) to Chuck Boyce (chuckb43@fuse.net) at Listermann's, or bring them to the Westendorf's Group Brew this Saturday (R_Westendorf@fuse.net), or arrange alternative transportation for your brew with Jennifer (bathingotis@yahoo.com).
