There will be a root beer tasting this Thursday 7pm at the Newport Public Library. We will be discussing the history and ingredients of root beer as well as the general process of soda making. We will also be taste testing various commercial, kit, and homemade blends. If you are interested in providing samples of your own, just drop me an email and/or bring it along.
