This will be a special evening, one who's seed was planted in June of '05 when Jim gave me a tour of the Rogue Brewery in Newport, and I said, "If you're ever in Cincinnati....." Well, Jim is coming to our town next week, for one night only, and we've got him for a special evening of special Rogue beers! Gather your beer-loving friends and join us next Thursday night as the Rogue Nation officially descends upon Mariemont! We'll have several Rogue beers on tap, the centerpiece of which will be "Hop Heaven", part of Brewmaster John Maier's Private Locker Stock, and normally slated for the Rogue brewpub only! This is a fresh "wet" hop beer, made with the extremely rare Newport hop variety - how rare? - grown only in one place, a tiny 2-acre hop farm near the brewery. We'll also have some great Rogue beers from bottle, including the Morimoto Imperial Pils and the XS Imperial Stout. The line-up will be full and the beers are spctacular, don't miss it! Or we'll have to send Brewdog to bark menacingly at you....
