4.25 lb. DC Pilsner malt
2.0 lb. DC Aromatic Malt
1.5 lb. Durst Vienna Malt
? lb. Durst Crystal 60L
? lb. DC piles malt toasted in oven at 150? 10 min

1.5 oz Styrian Goldings (4.0% AA) First wort
0.5 oz Saaz (3.0 %AA) 15 min
0.5 oz Tettenang (4.4% AA) 15 min

Water: used Deer creek spring water with 0.4g CaSO4 , 5.0g CaCO3, 0.3g MgCl2, and 0.6g MgSO4.

Wyeast #2124 Bohemian lager

Mashed grains 68?C for 45 min. Mashed out at 75?C

O.G. = 1.062
F.G. = at time of racking to 2?, 1.018.
1? 1 month at 10?C in fridge in glass
2? 6 weeks at 2?C in fridge in keg under 25 psi

This Beer has an excellent malt nose with a touch of hops. You can really taste and smell the toasted malt. Bitterness is balanced, and there are no fermentation byproducts. Color is golden amber, and sparkingly clear. After 5 weeks, the beer had lagered enough to drink.
