Entries are due by Midnight Wednesday August 8th
Entries due via email by midnight, Wednesday, August 8th. You must specify the category, subcategory (including name and number/letter) for all entries. Entry fee is $5 for your first beer, $4 for your second beer, $3 for three through ten and any entries over 10 are FREE. Your first entry includes admission for two to the event. Entries can be checked in (and paid for) on Friday 6-8pm and Saturday, 8-12:30pm.

We need Judges and Stewards
We need your help to judge and steward this huge competition! Judging will begin at 1:30pm. The award ceremony will follow during the band’s first intermission (7:30ish). Judges and stewards will receive a dinner pass and free admission to the event.

We need Volunteers
We need YOU! to volunteer for two hour shifts at the Raffle or Registration tables. Registration slots are available Saturday from 8am to 10pm. Raffle slots are available Saturday from 10am till whenever it's done. Volunteers will receive free admission to the event and dinner for one.
